I've been trying to turn in a work unit for most of a week. I received it on the 20th and, IIRC, it finished last friday or saturday. It uploaded but I haven't been able to report it finished because of the following server error.

7/4/2013 4:20:16 PM | ibercivis | [work_fetch] request: CPU (0.00 sec, 0.00 inst) NVIDIA (0.00 sec, 0.00 inst)
7/4/2013 4:20:16 PM | ibercivis | Sending scheduler request: Requested by user.
7/4/2013 4:20:16 PM | ibercivis | Reporting 1 completed tasks
7/4/2013 4:20:16 PM | ibercivis | Not requesting tasks: don't need
7/4/2013 4:20:18 PM | ibercivis | Scheduler request completed
7/4/2013 4:20:18 PM | ibercivis | Server can't open log file (../log_ibercivis03/scheduler.log)

The job still sits on the client with a status of "Ready to Report" in the boinc manager. Not being able to get work was better than this. Please let us know what is happening with the server and what to expect in the near future so I can decide if I should just drop it from my client machines for a while.

Thanks

David

I'm having no trouble turning in work, but it's not being validated. Are you all running out the whole line of Wilson prime WU's and getting them back before validating them? Right now, I have 32 Wilsons and a Drug/nanoscale WU waiting to be cleared. Anything up with that?

Again, I'm turning it in, np there, but I might as well just hold onto them until you need them if you're gonna put them into a holding queue... do let me know :)

Think of the DC-10 crash at O'Hare in Chicago in 1979. Worst US air disaster ever involving 1 plane. If we don't get a grip on disease... we're gonna end up like those 273 people who perished-

I just have that one Wilson work unit and I've been trying to turn it in for almost a week. You can see the computer it's on here:

I had a similar situation. No idea how, but restarting BOINC resolved this
